Dongdaemun History and Culture Park

Dongdaemun History and Culture Park was a project started in 2007 designed by Zaha Hadid.
The project is huge (about 85,400 sq. meters) and has six parts:

1 Dongdaemun Design Plaza
2 Restored Castle Wall (seoul seonggwak)
3 Event Hall & Cafe
4 Dongdaemun Stadium Memorial
5 Dongdaemun History Museum
6 Design Gallery

Originally the project was supposed to be finished in March 2010, but is at least a year behind schedule.

Proof I was there!

Walkway to the park, which is finished.

Relics were found during construction, so the program was redesigned to accommodate them.
