Paju Book City

Paju Book City is a "Publishing City" northwest of Seoul. Belonging to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, this giant cultural complex covers the entire process of publishing from planning to printing and distributing. Paju Book City houses 250 publishers with over 10,000 workers. The amazing collection of buildings were the result of collaboration between architects and South Korea's publishing industry. A set of design guidelines were set up that helped to keep the interaction of the buildings and landscape integrated.
